Copy editing will happen in two phases: Jan 18-23, and Jan 24-29. The goal is for every section of the book to get copy-edited twice by two different people.

Here's how this works. I have split the book into chapters, each of which is its own Word document. To sign up to copy-edit a chapter (or chapters):

1. click EDIT at the top of this page and then write your name next to that chapter in the list below where it says YOUR NAME HERE. If you sign up, you are committing to copy-edit that chapter within current phase. Please DO NOT sign up if you are not confident you can complete the section within the required time. Other people are relying on you to do the work you sign up for. You can download the file for your chapter directly from this page once you sign up.
2. When you finish copy editing a chapter, email it to Nina (me) at nina@museumtwo.com.

You can copy edit as many chapters as you like, but please only sign up for one at a time (i.e. don't sign up for a new one until you've finished your first one). The word count varies widely by chapter and you may want to choose based on length and your availability. The style guide for the book is here. Please use Track Changes to memorialize your edits.
